Copy clips between projects

How do I copy a clip from one project to another ? If I have a clip that I like in one project and want to modify it in another project how do I do that?

Open project one in MC. copy clip. Open project two in SAME instance of MC. Paste.

I always thought it was only possible to have 1 project open. Where do we find the second project?

Hi,

You can only have one project open. You open the first project, select everything you want to copy, copy it and then open the second project (which closes the first) for pasting.

Gotcha

I use multiple instances quite often so that I can work on one project while rendering another. It would be great if I could copy a clip from a project to another project in another instance.
