Beat Craft - Can't Register

Hello,
I am enjoying using MixCraft 9, however, when i try to register BeatCraft I get an error message everytime."That is not a valid serial code". Please can anyone suggest what i do? I have used the legacy code and the download in legacy also.

What are you entering as the registration ID? Can you please post a clearer image?
