Substitute for Windows Media Player?

Like lots of others, I have been having problems with Windows Media Player. Microsoft has the solution, but they want to charge $149 for it. Does Accoustica have a substitute for WMP that will work with Spin-it-again? I need a method to manage my music files. I'd rather give my money to a company that has a proven good product and will support their product. I like WMP because it is effective and simple when it works.
