Recording pauses halfway through

Tried recording a yoga tape. halfway through the first side, the program paused. Tried the other side of the tape and same thing happens maybe a third of the way through. There are silences at various points in the tape, and I suspect that may be triggering a pause? Is there a way to get around this problem? Thanks.

Hi,

Go into Spin It Again's Miscellaneous preferences and turn off the option to pause when silence is detected.

Of course, if you do that, be careful not to forget you are recording and thereby end up with a gargantuan audio file. You can set the option on the recording screen to stop recording after the appropriate amount of time to avoid this.

Thanks, but I already tried that and it doesn't help.

Hi,

What version of Windows do you have? If you load an audio file into Spin It Again, can you play it all the way through?
