Hi,
There was a bug in a major Windows 10 update that caused Spin It Again to only play the first part of a sound.
Microsoft has released the fix and it's in the latest Windows update: KB4022716 (OS Build 15063.447)
To get the fix, just check for the latest Windows update.

When did you run Windows update? Did you get an update?
If running Windows Update didn't fix it, download the update linked near the end of this article:
