Cleaning Up Noise on CD created with Spin It Again

After posting problem on Spin It Again Forum the answer was "use Acoustica MP3 Cd burner to rip or extract songs from CD then run through Spin It Again one at a time to clean them. Please give more explicit instructions. Extract to where or what? Spin It Again doesn't recognize the CD I extracted to. Please help.
