Working With REALLY Bad Tapes....
I was able to properly and rapidly seperate tracks on a cassette tape that was recorded in such a way that there was NO track seperation. All the songs were recorded one right after the other. On The EDIT screen, I was able to use the ZOOM feature and find the start and ending of each track. They were so close together that, even with the ZOOM feature, the tracks were only the width of the cursor apart! It seperated each track perfectly. I was truly impressed. Another tape had such horrible rumble that when playing the tape the circuit breakers on my speakers tripped. I used the NOISE BE GONE feature, and the noise was gone. I have found that the secret to proper track seperation, especially with difficult tapes, is the Level Wizard. I cheat and move the Level Wizard up just a touch to insure plenty of volume. This is truly a great product. I can't say enough good about it. Thank you for developing a product that works and that I can actually use..................GREG
