Unable to Rip, but I can play the CD

I am getting a error while trying to rip on multiple CDs. I was not getting this errori until I upgraded to a new hardrive. I have uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. The ASPI drive says the disk is unreadable, yet I can hit play and listen to the music through the Acoustica GUI, Real Player, Windows Media player. The driver's response is "Illegal Command Request (04h 00h 02h 05h 00h).

XP SP2

Any suggestions?

What program are you using to rip the CD?

The MP3 CD Burner. I can rip with Windows media player. I can preview (listen to) the CD using MP3 CD Burner. When I try to rip using the MP3 CD Burner, I get the error.

Try ripping a CD, then quit MP3 CD Burner and send us the cdburner-log.txt file from your \Program Files\Acoustica MP3 CD Burner\ folder. Email it to support (at) acoustica (dot) com, along with a reminder of this discussion.
