Batch Mixing

Looking for a possibily to mix multiple MP3 songs.
I need this to mix a text-message every 20-30-40 or so seconds to my MP3-songs.
It works super with Acoustica but it is a very timeconsuming job going one by one.
Example : I made a MP3 file with the message ""this is copyright material" every 30 seconds and want to mix this MP3 file to every song in a folder.
