Post by bleach »

Only bought this software recently - have followed all the instructions to the letter, have checked the files Im trying to use and yet all it says is to send the MP3 file Acoustica... Im not even trying to use an MP3 file.. Very dissapointed - especially as I paid for it.

Hi,

A couple of things could be wrong. First, make sure you've got MP3 Audio Mixer version 2.471b. There's no extra cost if you need to upgrade.

The other thing with WMA files is this: if you got the song from an online music service like Walmart Music Downloads or Napster, it is probably copy-protected and you won't be able to use it with our software. Check with the music service to see what you are allowed to do with those songs.

If you want to send it to us to check out, you can do that here.

Greg
