Hi!
Just bought the license for the software and tried to load an mp3 file to the main screen. a pop up note came up: "A read error has occurred."

Please help me figure what did I do wrong...

Can you load any MP3 files at all?

If the MP3 file has unicode characters in the filename, try renaming it so it just has ASCII characters.
