Files not loading

My Acoustica MP3 Audio Mixer has stopped loading some files I tried adding from file & drag and drop but still some file will not add to it...

Are you sure they are not DRM protected wma files?

I have the same problem, and i know the kind of song i can't load. Every song from original eCD. I can load all song that i downloaded from limewire. And it's new since 1 or 2 month ago. Can i do something?[/b]

Hi,

Is the problem limited to WMA files?

First, make sure you've got version 2.471b. The latest version of MP3 Audio Mixer is here.

For some reason, some people need to install Windows Media support in order to load WMA files.

In MP3 Audio Mixer's Miscellaneous preferences, make sure you've got a valid temporary folder selected, and click the "Delete Temporary Files" option.

If none of that helps, please submit an Acoustica Support Request and send us one of the files you can't load.
