I can record souds n preview but when I save they disapear

I can record sounds and I see the volume levels moving while I record them,
and when I preview them I hear them playback but when I save, they just dispear, this has happened before but the problem was usually fixed if I closed acosutica and reopened it, but now it always happened every time I try to record

In MP3 Audio Mixer, click on the File menu and select Preferences. On the Miscellaneous tab, make sure that you have write access and plenty of hard drive space for the temporary directory that is listed. Click the Delete Temporary Files button. Now see if it works. If it doesn't work, try selecting a different Temporary Files Directory for the mixer.
