Win 7 64-bit

Post by RET »

I have been using Audio Converter since 2004 and love it. Now I can use it again with Win 7 64-bit by using PowerDesk 8 Pro instead of Windows explorer.
Just my own thoughts.
Thanks

Win7 64-bit is what most systems appear to be shipping with these days.

Maybe it's an inconvience to support the longtime customers who helped establish the company. But forgetting, or flipping off, those who have been a longtime customer base would not appear to be a prudent way of keeping them.

Just as word of mouth by satisified customers can increase the base, the same word of mouth by long time customers who feel they been told to buzz off may also have the negative effect of eroding that base as well.

Since it appears Acoustica is telling me to leave after being a customer almost from the start, and find a solution elsewehere, then so be it. Don't count on any upgrade revenue here in the future.
