I read that white noise is great for concentrating, studying, etc..
How would I be able to create white noise in Mixcraft? I know that a simple YouTube search will let me hear hours of it, but I am curious how I would be able to "create" in Mixcraft?

Hi,
You could add long notes to a virtual instrument track and choose the White Noise preset.
There are white noise loops in the library, but they are musical, not flat white noise.

Personally I like using the freebie NESNoise synth and applying lots of reverb to make it "smoother."

Learned a lot more about white noise! This site has a few different downloads.

Never mind white noise. I find having Mozart playing in the background tunes the brain nicely for concentration.

Re: Creating White Noise
Meldaproduction has a great bundle of free VST plug-ins that includes a tone generator. My favorite for chilling is actually pink noise, but their generator will do white noise as well.

Every project I do uses at least one of the plug-ins from the Meldaproduction free bundle. The compressor is my favorite compressor.
