Well, now that you ask..... I'm 64, but I tell people that I've turned 32 for the second time. :D

I'll be 70 in June. :D
Knees are kaput like rusty ball joints on an old car.
Memory is excellent as I can still remember Patti Page singing "how much is that doggy in the window" however, I can't remember sometimes what I went upstairs for until I get back down again! :shock:

The good news is, I'm only 53.
The bad news? Another 13 years till I can retire :(

Every club needs that one guy who brings his little brother......... I guess I'm that little brother. At least I'm not the red headed step child! :mrgreen:

I've had an interest in recording since getting a twin track stereo reel to reel for a birthday in 1963. Still have the same machine, and several other machines. I also still have every tape recorded, and there are many, until I gave up reel to reel in the 80''s and restarted in the digital age in the mid 90's with an early DAW.
A trial of Mixcraft 4 really got an interest going but with the purchase of Mixcraft 5 I started to spend more & more time recording and with each new version Mixcraft has become my way of filling time in retirement.
The team really deserve a great deal of praise for the work they do both in developing & listening to customers. Thank you.

However, the point of the email is;
Following a trip to Australia in 2016 to see an old musician I played with in the early 60's, part of the British "beat group" invasion of Germany, (around the time The Beatles were there) I had the pleasure in joining my old friend on stage for the night where his band were playing at a Rock n Roll dance and what a pleasure it was.
Upon returning and catching up on the forum I seemed to notice the Old Farts logo more than I had in the past, most likely because of old farts I had been with in Australia or perhaps until then I had never considered myself to be one but whatever it made me think a suitable Old Farts song was needed.
Never having worked with loops in Mixcraft I scrolled through the library & found some suitable to put together for my idea. Not so well mixed because I always intended to return & spruce it up but then other projects etc...

So for all the Old Farts this song is for you, enjoy. https://youtu.be/U9LEwU67SYc
