Hi!
I use latest version and lame dll 3.98 for encoding. I cannot seem to get working variable bit rate encoding. The output file is always encoded in constant bit rate. For example, if I set min bit rate to 96 kbps and max bit rate to 160 kbps, the output file is set at 160 kbps constant rate. Please help. Thank you.
