Acoustica download for more than 1 users Win 10

I have already purchased and installed Acoustica Label Maker but it gets installed only for the Administrator-user. I have Windows 10 on my Desktop with 2 users besides the Administrator. I have communicated with the Acoustica customer support. After an extensive dialogue with suggestions for me trying different solutions, they gave up, saying they don't know the solution and currently they are not working on updating the program to facilitate what I need to do. I use the movie-DVD making software as a user different than Administrator with all the reference and support files readily available. But when I want to create the label, I must switch over to the Administrator and that is inconvenient. I am sure I am not the only one with this issue as it is not unusual to have multiple users on Windows OS. Thank you for your help.....Jay Subhedar
