This is probably stupid and perhaps unrelated, but, sometimes the USB ports on the front of the computer are actually traveling through a hub in the computer itself and can cause problems. Are you plugged into the one of the USB ports on the back of the computer (which are essentially on the motherboard)?

Sounds like for some reason you are losing communication at the USB port and unplugging/replugging resets it.

Not stupid at all, Matter of fact great question! But no..I only connect to MB. Thanks for your response.
I pretty sure it's a Line6 driver thing in relation to windows 10. I had no/ never any problems like this prior.
I can't even get the sound driver to operate My DAW and a stand alone simultaneously.
