Video issues (Mixcraft 7)

I am from Taiwan, I want to find a method.

I can't upload youtube when I want to post a work.

Mixcraft just sits there, doing nothing and not offering me any option other than to back out.
Publishing is a joke, often freezing at 0% video rendering for eternity.

Make an AVI file, but only the picture has no sound

I don't know what to do.

I hope to find a way, please.
This is my music channel, all made with Mixcraft7. I hope you like it.

I have never used the publish option in Mixcraft. What I do is render the video, then upload that rendered video to YouTube. Works fine.

Hi,

Restart your computer and if the problem happens again, quit Mixcraft and send us your mixcraft-log.txt file.

To find the mixcraft-log file, highlight the following line and press Ctrl+C to copy it:

%appdata%\Acoustica\Mixcraft\

Press the Windows Key+R to pop up the Run box in Windows. Click in the Run box and press Ctrl+V to paste in the line from above. Finally, click OK to go to the location of the mixcraft-log.txt file. Submit an Acoustica Support Request and attach the log file along with a brief description of the problem.

I am using Mixcraft 7 VST- Octave Strings Slow (I have used the mix to make the original sound richer. )
