You may want to make an opointment with a doctor for a hearing test, and see if the doctor can help you, or make some recommendations... seriously.
EDIT: Common causes of Tintis (ringing in ears) can have causes that aren't due to underlying disease. Examples include exposure to loud sounds, whiplash, head injuries, too much ear wax, or medication side effects.
The point being, if you have or think you have tintis, and if you haven’t already, you really should consult with your doctor about it before it gets worse... and it may be something as simple as ear wax, etc.
With that said, I feel very sorry for you, and hope it’s only temporary and can be easily fixed/treated.
