The installation is a bit difficult. The site has video instructions on how to install. It took me a while also but I got it OK! Read the user manual also, it tells how to get things working.

Yeah, I followed the instructions and watched the video too, but I ended up giving up and uninstalling it. I also filed a report with Steven Slate.

This is the reply I got from Steven Slate Support today:

"Hey Joe,
Thank you for contacting Slate Customer Support. When you install the free library in the Steven Slate Drums IM application, please use the "Documents" folder as the "Destination for SSD5Library folder". Using a system folder such as "Program Files" is not recommended for your SSD5Library."

So I almost had it working... But I already uninstalled it and moved on by the time I got the above reply, and I'm not going through the trouble again.

I got it to work. Your right, the drum sounds are better than MT Power Drum. Also like the rimshot effect!
