Im new here and i was wondering how do i que up the music and mix it in.Did i say that this is my first time useing this program.

If you haven't already played with the software, download it and give it a try. You can get the latest version of DJ Twist & Burn here.
Use the music library to find your songs, then put check marks next to the ones you want in the mix.
Press Ctrl+E to automatically sort all the songs by tempo for the smoothest transitions.
