Not exactly sure what's going on. I can hear everything in my mix as it should be. All my individual tracks are routed to their busses and those busses are routed to the Master Track. I have plugins on that Master Track but I'm unsure if they're actually doing anything since nothing is actually registering in there. My mix is pretty much done but I'm just curious as to what's happening. Any ideas?

Hmm, that’s wired. Out of curiosity what happens when you open a new project?

Check the effects you have on the master track and make sure none of them have output or volume turned down!

Looks like to me you are using Output Tracks instead of send or Submix tracks. If you use the dropdown menu on the output tab( vocals, guitars, drums) of your tracks and Master is not there it is an output track and that goes directly to your audio hardware and not your master track. This is why you can hear your mix without going thru the master track I believe.

Check out page 35 to 44 in the Mixcraft 8 manual.

Give that man a cigar!

Thanks all. I was routing everything to Output tracks and NOT Sub Mix or Send Tracks. Never noticed it on previous project but as the wife says it's my attention to detail that separates from the pack
I've just recently upgraded to Studio Pro which gave me some Mastering toys to play with. Seems I still have a lot to learn how those work. For now I'm fine without them. "Done is better than Perfect" I hear...
Thanks again!
