Hi,
No formal training. The ability to send in a log file and maybe a dmp file is helpful. An understanding of the scientific method is greatly appreciated.

Hi,
Yes, like the time that the iLok security software for an EastWest orchestral plugin couldn't handle Mixcraft checking the Windows CPU reading (only on Windows XP). It took us a while to figure that one out.
But honestly, the best way for you to to beta test software is to just use it. Make a test project, going through all the steps you'd normally go through in creating a project. If you just consciously say "i'm going to test features X and Y," you may be less likely to find hidden bugs.
