Silly question.... :(

Can I install the new Mixcraft 8 Pro Studio over Mixcraft 8 Recording Studio version keeping all my songs or do I need to install a fresh copy loosing all my previous data ? songs, patches, etc?

Yes - go ahead and install right over it, and retain all your stuff.

Not silly. Good question!

Your recordings etc. are not stored within program files and are not lost. Thats not a problem. 8)
