Melodyne activation fails in Mixcraft 8 Pro Studio

Hi there!

I am trying to activate Melodyne through the instructions they gave me when I bought Mixcraft 8 Pro Studio, but every time I click on the "activate" button the entire application closes. Any clues?

Do you have Melodyne Essentials version 4.2.3? Log into your account at Celemony.com to download and install the update.

Also if you haven't already... Update to Mixcraft 8.1 build 418.

For some reason i cannot use the 64 bit version, therefore it forces me to work with the 32 bit version.
So far it has worked well for me... But still i wonder why?
