Re: Mixcraft 9.0 build 427 is the current build
I have never tried using drums in Mixcraft most of my music does not use drums. But I thought it would be good to test some stuff with drums and was wondering is there such a things as a Drum Map in Mixcraft?

As I had not found them in 8 I was wondering if they had been added to 9? Hence the question here.

Yes... Search "Drum Maps" in the Mixcraft 8 manual (I.E. page 79, 83, etc).Wookiee wrote:As I had not found them in 8 I was wondering if they had been added to 9? Hence the question here.
PS: NOTE: this forum is for beta testers only.

They are in the same place they were in (recent) previous versions of Mixcraft: see where it says Chromatic in the piano roll? Select that menu and scroll down.
Edited to add: also see page 83 of the help manual to see how advanced users can create their own custom drum maps.

You're just not used to accessing it right from the Piano Roll.Wookiee wrote:I have never tried using drums in Mixcraft most of my music does not use drums. But I thought it would be good to test some stuff with drums and was wondering is there such a things as a Drum Map in Mixcraft?
A tooltip would be nice, that seems like a good feature request.
