Poll is closed.

Edited to add: it takes them a while to post the results, but I'll link it when they do.

Typical DAW list (good list), interesting ranking order, not one I personally agree with, but still interesting.

The con they listed for Mixcraft doesn't make sense lol. There's two tiers. Most other DAWS have like 3 and extra stuff to buy

Yeah, I didn't get that, either. Maybe because once you have the Pro Studio edition, there's nothing to upgrade to?

That's great that Mixcraft 9 is in the top 10 DAW list. Didn't know there was a poll going on.

I do have a couple of the other DAW products, Ableton and Presonus Studio one, but Mixcraft 9 is always my go to and easiest DAW to work with for quickly setting up tracks, mixer, selecting instruments, and many other things.

I did have/use Cakewalk 9 or 10 before I started/switched over with Mixcraft 5 and still have a version of Cakewalk loaded on my system. Stopped using Cakewalk after their DEV's decided to pull the plug and quit support it. I use it only for changing my .WRK projects to standard MIDI files to continue work with Mixcraft products.

I dont know if Cakewalk is even still around when Bandlab, I think that is the name of the group, took over the product.

Anyway, Acoustica, keep the great updates going for Mixcraft,
Dave

wow! 3 months to tally up a poll... :?

Cakewalk is still going strong and better than ever, and it's free.

Good list. Typical list I guess. Would def bump Mixcraft up a few notches. Reaper...Tried it. It does everything they say, including make my head hurt. The rest have like 30000 pay tiers. There's like starter, lite, extra lite, super lite, not as lite, normal, better than normal..etc...etc. Maddening.

Only other I would use besides MC is Studio One.
