Changing Tempo
Hi Guys,
I recorded a track with tons of audio mixed with Midi using MC9.
When I try and change the tempo the Audio goes out of sync.
I'm using the marker at 1 , then change tempo from 126 to 120 and the audio is all out of time.
Am I doing something Stupid ?
Many Thanks in advance .

Re: Changing Tempo
Hi Guys,
I've managed to drop the tempo a little but still not enough.
The time line is right down to the bottom with nowhere left to go.
Is there a way to make the time box bigger to give me more room to drop it.
Also I'm unable to edit parts as the demo shows. If I drop the time line all of the song is changed.
I was a cakewalk user for years and we could simply draw the time line.
Mixcraft seems to be a lot different.
Many thanks in advance.

Re: Changing Tempo
Hi,
You can go down to 40 BPM. Are you trying to go lower than that?

Hi,
40 BPM is as low as it goes. If you are doing MIDI, you could just space out the notes more.
What do you mean by "separate parts for different tempos?"

Re: Changing Tempo
I have a section of the song at the end that's in a different timing to the rest of the song but I recorded to too fast.
Is there anyway of changing the tempo with using that line.
I've tried using the change tempo drop down but everything goes out of time when I do that

Re: Changing Tempo
Hi,
Have you tried adding a track marker set to the desired tempo?
Try updating to version 9.0 build 460.

Re: Changing Tempo
Hi,
Which one? Did you update to build 460?
To add a track marker, right-click in the time-line that runs across the top of Mixcraft's screen. Set the tempo, then click OK.
