Help with M-AUDIO 2x2

Hi!

I have a M-AUDIO M-TRAXK 2x2, but i can not get the microphone to work with Mixcraft 9.
I have tried changed audio device to ASIO, and everything else. When im about to record mixcraft just "crashes" and nothing happens, and most of the times it doesnt even sense the mic. What can i do?
