Acoustica 31 Band EQ crashing Mixcraft

Apologies if this has been mentioned before but this plugin causes Mixcraft to crash and shut down abruptly. I would have thought it would be fine coming with the Pro Studio but apparently not.

is this a known issue or am I advertently creating one?

Hi,

It's most likely a third-party plugin causing 31 Band EQ to crash. Buggy plugins can send bad data to the next plugin in the chain. Did you add any new plugins around the time this started happening?

If you need help figuring out, get it to happen again, then quit Mixcraft and send us your mixcraft-log.txt file.

To find the mixcraft-log file, highlight the following line and press Ctrl+C to copy it:

Press the Windows Key+R to pop up the Run box in Windows. Click in the Run box and press Ctrl+V to paste in the line from above. Finally, click OK to go to the location of the mixcraft-log.txt file. Submit an Acoustica Support Request and attach the log file along with a brief description of the problem.

Hi Greg

I've installed many new plugins since upgrading to Pro Studio but it crashes when used on its own? I've been very selective about the ones I've installed. I will send the log file in. Can't believe how many problems I've had since upgrading.
