Finally got everything to working!!!!!

Yesterday I recorded a simple track of midi strings from my Yamaha keyboard, a nice bass line (no effects) and semi-acoustic guitar through a Line 6 Floor Pod. It worked perfectly. I have a few false starts with things not working properly, but yesterday I turned on the computer and everything was good.

Looking forward to many happy hours of recording

Glad to hear it. try to note the configuration you have now that works in case you change it in the future and something decides to give you issues again.
