I'm looking for a list compatible mini midi controllers that are already integrated with MixCraft 9...
So far, I have not been able to find anything except a list of ones that are definitely NOT compatible.
Does such a compatibility list exist?
Thank you in advance!

Look for one that supports Mackie Control protocol.

I also found this;
The important part is to read the fine print to see how to view new supported controllers along the way...

Hi,
The Mackie Control options cover a lot of devices, and for those that don't have Mackie Control, you can use MIDI Learn to map the controls in most cases.

I've got a Korg NanoKontrol 2 and a Akai LPD8. Programmed each with midi learn, easy.

Hi I have a behringer xtouch one that works well with MC 9. A few of the xtouch buttons do not work and haven't been able to map to MC but all the basic functions work.ie. Fader, mute,solo,record all transport buttons work, jog wheel zoom functions, and the counter display. As all these work I am thinking of getting the xtouch universal controller giving me the 8 motorised faders and 1 master fader.

Re: List of Compatible Mini MIDI Controllers
In general, I wouldnt put much of the basis of my choice on included software.
Unless it includes something you already know you are interested in, most included software is often generic, demo or free/near freeware anyway.
As far as compatibility goes, this would rely on your specific use, and the specific daw.
And since you didnt mention Mixcraft, you may get somewhat limited useful input here I reckon...
For high levels of integration it might be best to look at hardware/software specifically intended to be used together IMO.
Again, depends on your specific use and intentions.
