Hello!
How can you break up a mixed midi track with several channels into individual channels? A single track for each channel?

Hi
Create as many new instrument tracks as you need below the original track, then select the individual clips, hold shift and drag to their new channel. (Shift will keep them in their original horizontal positions).
Then select the first track and hit Alt K to delete the empty lanes.

Re: A single track for each channel?
If you load a midi file as a new project, if the midi file is type 0 (all channels on 1 tracks) doesn't Mixcraft split to tracks by Channel?
If for some reason all of the channels are in a single track, then you need to add Route to Track instrument. You set up the new midi instrument tracks, then on the main track you add the Route to Track for the specific channel. You can add as many "Route To..." as you need. If you arm those other tracks to record, then you should be able to record the midi file onto these other instrument tracks for each specific channel

Hi,
If you're not already doing this, load MIDI files by clicking on the File menu and selecting "Open Project," as if the MIDI file were a Mixcraft project.
