Align tracks : enter time location manually

Hi,

Not sure how to explain this. but I'd like the possibility to move tracks by using numbers. For example, modifying the time mark where is starts by entering it manually, maybe like:

►02:17:23:124

I used this in Cakewalk quite a bit to make sure two tracks were perfectly aligned, or to create a fuller sound with two iterations of the same track.

can this be done? I looked but could not find where...

...and if you have multiple clips selected on multiple tracks you can do them all at once.
