Hi there!
My name is Jeff and I am a longtime Mixcraft user. Bought my first copy on CD-ROM at a Best Buy. That was a long time ago, fast forward to today and I make pop tracks for myself and other aspiring amateurs in the arena. However, I've never release a full length solo project of my own. So I've been working in collaboration with producer Greasy Daddy on an 80s-centric concept album called Bob; the story of a radio DJ who is shot live on the air. His life flashes before his eyes over the course of the album, until he eventually wakes up in the hospital a changed, but traumatized, man.
All recorded, mixed, and mastered using Mixcraft 9 Pro Studio! Most of the tracks are still in progress and awaiting vocal collaborations. We got some really nice horn sections recorded for the closer, but I'll keep that track a secret until I release it.
For now, here's a preview of a track that is near completion! There's some mud issues towards the end, the whole low-end needs to be tightened but reeling in a low end is easier than having to boost it. We're all really excited with how it's coming along!
It's called Rollercoaster, featuring the incredibly talented S|M on verse vocals! I am on the hook.
Let me know if you have any feedback or questions!

Man this sounds fantastic! Being an 80's baby growing up on MJ, Rod Stewart, George Michael, etc I really love that 80's pop sound and you nailed it man! I'm going to keep a look out for other tracks you release and please do keep us posted on the album.
