WAVES New V14

Post by JoshALL »

Is Mixcraft Compatible with this? I am running the latest version of Mixcraft.
I just don't want to spend money on these upgrades to WAVES if it will not work and I see no thread for it yet.

I like the S1 Imager Stereo Plugin, as well as SSL Channel Stereo plugin

I'm also on the latest Mixcraft version. I have both those waves plugins, they operate fine in Mixcraft, though they may be dated versions compared with those available in V14.

Edit: I might be wrong, but if I'm remembering right I had issues with Waves Vst3 plugins in Mixcraft. I have all of the vst3 deselected in the plugin browser and use only 64bit .dll versions.

Hi,

Okay, bear with me, but here's the scoop: we released Mixcraft 9.0 build 470, which fixes a bunch of miscellaneous problems with a wide variety of VST3 plugins.

But... certain old Waves plugins didn't like that update for some reason. The new Waves plugins seem to be fine.

If you have an old Waves plugin that won't cooperate, then the project with that plugin won't load. Updating the waves plugin fixes the problem, or customer support can get you build 469 if you don't want to update Waves.
