Guitar sounds distorting through Kontakt VST

Post by Vinnie61q » Tue May 02, 2023 4:32 pm

HI All,
I am using Mixcraft Pro Studio 9 with Kontakt 7 and Shreddage 3 Hydra for guitar sounds.
I originally had 4 tracks (instances) of guitar running with no problem.
Now for some reason there is small distortion and glitching at random points on all of the guitar tracks.
I havent changed any settings intentionally. Checked all software for updates and bug fixes, they are all up to date.
I have watched videos on changing buffer sizes and removing unwanted processing, signal chaining, etc but cannot find a fix.
Any help appreciated cause I'm stuck.

The next time that happens, quit Mixcraft and send us your mixcraft-log.txt file.

To find the mixcraft-log file, highlight the following line and press Ctrl+C to copy it:

Code: Select all

Press the Windows Key+R to pop up the Run box in Windows. Click in the Run box and press Ctrl+V to paste in the line from above. Finally, click OK to go to the location of the mixcraft-log.txt file. Submit an Acoustica Support Request and attach the log file along with a brief description of the problem.
