My project doesn’t sound the same on Mixcraft 10

This is so unfortunate as I thought I would be able to finish my projects in the upgrade but the quality sounds off and i don’t understand why can’t my Side chain function correctly. My Side chains aren’t working at all. When I open mixcraft 9 it’s working perfectly fine! Please help.

When you say it doesn't sound the same, is that because you can't get the sidechaining working? Or something else? What doesn't sound right?

What plugin are you trying to sidechain? What happens when you try? If you load a Mixcraft 9 project that is currently sidechaining correctly, is it still sidechained in Mixcraft 10?

Correct. It isnt working in mixcraft 10. It shows that it is sidechained but you don't hear it actually being sidechained.

Hi,

Which plugin are you trying to side chain? Which version of the plugin? Is there an update for that plugin?

If you make a simple new project with that project in Mixcraft 10, can you get it to side chain?

I tried doing that to test it and it still didn't work. I was using Rcompressor.
