Hi,

We noticed some images are missing in the PDF version and we're checking it out.

This is weird because the PDF is generated from the web page, and the images are there on the web page.

Maybe this is a good thread to mention a discrepancy on this help page:
https://acoustica.com/mixcraft-10-manua ... nstruments

ROUTE TO TRACK
• Ex. 2: Play and Record Multi-Timbral Virtual Instruments On Separate Tracks

The text says, "In this example, we’ve added Upright Bass on MIDI channel 1, a Jazz Organ on MIDI channel 2, and a Mute Trumpet on MIDI channel 3," but the first two figures below that do not quite match that list of instruments.

I hope the new manual has as good a sense of humour like the previous ones. . . .

Easier still, just hit F1 from the GUI. :D

It shows the index better than the PDF version.

Hi,

The "missing image" issue I mentioned earlier should be fixed now.

Are there any plans for a print version? I’ve enjoyed being able to read in the printed manuals of past versions at my leisure.

HI,

Yes, we'll probably have a "print-on-demand" version of the manual for sale at some point.

Hi,

I printed the PDF manual double sided with 2 pages per side and put it in a 4-hole D file with some other printed documents.

I have a 4 hole punch for doing this, a printer that does auto-duplex, and printer paper good enough to not jam when printing both sides.

Also printer uses pigment inks which do not smear when wet plus has a maximum resolution setting to help with 2 pages per side of paper.

This may not be suitable for you, but I have found it works quite well, for many other manuals too.

Also, full colour printed manuals can be expensive.
