agreed - MX team is probably the best in the business re customer care imo.
however I'm gonna have to walk away from MX10 for now and go with Studio One for my current projects which I cannot afford to work on with such intense ongoing frustration at every turn.
I will return when MX11 is released but only 1 year after it's release.
