AAS Key?

Where do I find this - I cannot register without it.

This is for products I own through Mixcraft.

Nope, can't find it - it may have been deleted.

look in your trash folder if you didn't clean that out.
try and get help from them if possible but i'm sure you thought of that.

Try this :
Go to your account ! : https://store.acoustica.com/my/settings/library
Then locate product , then click "install instructions" , your serial most likely are in the text there !

Thanks for the suggestion, but not there either. The title is available for purchase, but It shows in the DAW store as 'Owned' - This is the item here...

Clicking on the link indicated, brings me to the page I illustrated first (above).

Sorry that my suggestion were not of more/better use , and I don't mean to be bothersome but I just noticed that sometimes I have a hard time spot things myself , and also I already have the products at AAS (not bought at Acoustica) so I don't know how it is here ,
But else , my other suggestion would be this :
Try go to this page to see if you can do the below mentioned : https://store.acoustica.com/my/settings/orders-demos
Find the order for the AAS products , then click details out at the right
then scroll down to where it says "All items in order" at left side and in that section click below at the "Show included products" and there click the "install instructions" to the right of product name !
Else if there is any links to click then sometimes what is required is that you must first make an account at AAS and then log in in browser and then in same browser click the fore mentioned link which will then may suddenly work where it did not before (at least that is how it sometimes works with links with built in codes)

Really appreciate your input and help, Acoustic. That's what this forum's all about.

But I'm still having no luck in trying to locate that code. Not to worry, I'll submit a support ticket

The question of 'download' reminds me that once the product is registered at the applied-acoustics.com site then the installers that one downloads from the account there already have the serial built-in-to the downloaded file from the users account product page : https://www.applied-acoustics.com/portal/products/
But since the question were about locating a code key for registrations in the first place then I did not find any reason to mention it earlier.
As is I think that all there is to do is to let support assist TrevsAudio , and I am sure that they will as it appears as if acoustica.com have the same excellent customer service as does Cherry Audio have

Check your account again - you now have a serial number.

What happened? Some early beta testers got products in their library before we'd stocked them with serial codes.

@ TrevsAudio , Great that you got your problem solved ! I guess that mishaps do happen but nice that Acoustica managed to get if fixed that fast !
