ISSUE WITH REGISTRATION ID AND CODE

Hi
My old pc crashed and I was forced to purchase a new one, which had my paid version of Acoustica CD/DVD maker on it. However, I have redownloaded the software, but I don't have my registration ID or registration code (my bad). So how can I retrieve both the ID and Code. Thanks.

ANYONE ????? Is there no longer any technical support fo Acoustica Label maker ?? I hit the "help" tab in the Acousitica software, and a window popped up stating "Sorry you have been blocked. You are unable to access acoustica.com".....WTH !! I never did a thing to ever deserve that kind of treatment.
