Latency Issues On Mixcraft 10

Okay, this one's got me completely baffled . . . Since upgrading to MC 10, I'm having latency issues that I never experienced in any previous version. Yes, I use a ton of VST resource hogs, but I always have, and with no past issues. I'm using a Behringer UMC204HD interface with all updated drivers, including their UMC ASIO driver. I've also used AISO4All in the past and never had to tweak buffers or anything. This is driving me crazy trying to figure out what changed. Lots of online suggestions for things to try but I'm running out of ideas. Anyone else had or having this problem? HELP

Sometimes windows updates can change windows sound settings, I'd look there first to make sure windows settings match MC settings ie. 24 bit 48000 Hz with a 512 buffer is usually good enough.

I have latency problems with some plugins with the vst3 version. But that is because of the plugin. Vst 2 variants then usually work without any problems. Otherwise I haven't noticed anything with latency problems.

Which version/build of MC 10 are you using? There have been quite a few changes and fixes since it was first released.

The current release version is 10.1 574.

If you are using that, try the current Beta build and see if that makes a difference.
