Hi,
You're also having the problem with Mixcraft 9, but it's just not as prominent, right? Are the projects you're using in both versions of Mixcraft when you test the same, with the same plugins, etc.?
Have you sent in a Mixcraft 9 log file so we can compare your settings? If not, please do.
Greg

Actually no issues with Mixcraft 9. I was mistaken before or the issue is so much less prominent as to not be an issue. Yes, same projects, same plugins. I will send the log files.

If it doesn't occur when your interface is plugged in directly, why not just do that and get a different dock for the other stuff? Doesn't really sound like a Mixcraft/Windows issue to me, sounds more like that specific dock is what is causing the issue.

Hi, the Dell Thunderbolt dock may be a piece of this puzzle, but keep in mind that when it's used with Mixcraft 9/Windows 11 and Mixcraft 10/Windows 10 it all works fine. The only combination not working properly is when it's used with Mixcraft 10/Windows 11. The Dell Thunderbolt I have is expensive and not easily replaced.Rolling Estonian wrote: ↑Mon Sep 18, 2023 3:25 pmIf it doesn't occur when your interface is plugged in directly, why not just do that and get a different dock for the other stuff? Still testing stuff. I downloaded Reaper and I have no sound issues when I hover my mouse over a track/lane during playback. It just adds to my belief that this is a software issue with Mixcraft that could be fixed. I don't really intend on using Reaper though because I really like Mixcraft!
