Can't download "More Art"

I had to reinstall Label Maker after a crash. That went fine. However, I can't use the "Download More Art" function. It takes me to the order page and not to the page with the download of the additional art. I particularly need the Lightscribe art. Any help would be appreciated. -- Carl
