mixer bug?

Hi, I regularly use four send tracks in my projects. Every time I open a project only two of the send knobs appear in the mixer, with a scroll bar to access the other two. That scroll bar stays even when I expand the mixer. However if I undock the mixer then dock it again all four send knobs are visible and the scroll bar has gone. My mixer setup is very basic with just 2 things selected: volume/pan with the send knobs above it.

I use two monitors.
My mixer is on left monitor and I also use 4 send tracks in current project.
When ever I open the project my 4 send knobs are there
