Trouble Connecting Scarlett Solo in Mixcraft

Post by jennifermul »

Hello,
I'm having trouble connecting my Scarlett solo. So I had been using a laptop (HP) for a few years and have had no issues but I just upgraded (HP) and can't get my interface to connect properly. I use Mixcraft version 9, I plan to upgrade to I think 11 but I don't know why that's an issue. I get the option for ASIO but when I record it's really low and the latency is off by a whole second or more. Ive been using this program and interface for a few years. Trying to use this for lyrics over music. I've been looking online trying to figure it out but I am not sure. I'm doing the same as my last computer.

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance

And make sure you have the latest Focusrite drivers for your new laptop.
