MPC Software not recording in MIXCRAFT

Hi,

What are you trying to record, exactly? MIDI data coming from outside your computer? When you say that Battery 4 works, what are you doing that's working for you in regard to recording?

I''m simply loading it up has a Vst like I would Battery 4 or any other vst. For some reason Mixcraft won't record the midi data.

Basically in a nutshell I should be able to route the MPC inside of Mixcraft like the OMNI sampler and lay down drum tracks.

is this the way you wanna record midi, like live recording as you play? I'm using Addictive Drums 2 in example.

Btw, you cannot record onto output tracks which are in your pics, they are for effecting and are acting like submix tracks, having automation lane only. You mentioned that you can record midi (outputs) with battery 4, i would like to see how you do it?

Yes. I think it has something to do with the MPC being a slave to MIxcraft.
